UW-Whitewater Advances In NCAA Div. III Playoffs

University of Wisconsin-Whitewater was victorious, while UW-Platteville lost in second round games of the NCAA Division III Football Championship on Saturday.UW-Whitewater upended Franklin College (Ind.), 33-3, in Whitewater, while UW-Platteville dropped a 52-24 decision to North Central College (Ill.) in Naperville, Ill.
The Warhawks (12-0) will face Linfield College (Ore.) (11-0) in a quarterfinal matchup this Saturday.
