2013 State Girl's Softball Tournament Champions Crowned

Four first-time champions were crowned at the WIAA State Girl's Softball at Goodman Diamond in Madison on Saturday.DIVISION 1
Westosha Central (23-1) won its first State softball title in convincing fashion with a 12-1 win over Kenosha Bradford (22-6) in the championship game.
DIVISION 2
New London (17-5) shocked defending champion Baldwin-Woodville (21-4) to capture its first softball championship with a dramatic 2-1 come-from-behind win in the championship final.
DIVISION 3
Mineral Point (23-3) won its first State softball championship with a 7-2 win over Kenosha St. Joseph (24-2).
DIVISION 4
Algoma erased a 2-0 deficit in the fifth inning with four runs and posted a 5-4 victory over Newman Catholic to win its first State softball title.
