Three Lakes Upsets Black Hawk

The Three Lakes Bluejays upset the the No. 1 team in Division 5, Black Hawk, 51-48 this morning in a Division 5 State Girls Semi-Final in La Crosse.

Black Hawk's 75 game winning streak came to end with the loss.  

The Bluejays shot 50% from 3-point range, led by Sydney Lurvey who converted on 6 of 11 from beyond the arc and finished with a team high 18 points.   

Black Hawk senior, Bailey Butler, the state's leading scorer and this years Ms. Basketball for the State of Wisconsin, led all scorers with 23 points.  

Three Lakes improves to 20-5 and will play in the Division 5 State Championship tonight at 7:05 pm.
