Neillsville Competes At Knights of Columbus Relays

The Neillsville boys and girls track teams competed this Saturday at the Knights of Columbus Relays hosted by La Crosse Aquinas High School at UW La Crosse.Neillsville Girls: Finished 7th out of 14 teams

Brittnay Trybula: 8th in 100 & 200m dash (13.98 & 28.60)
Brooke Brekke: 5th in 400m (1:06.21)
Sierra Bethea: 6th in 400m (1:06:46) & high jump (4-05)
Wendy Barth: 6th in 100m hurdles (18.06), 1st in shot put and discus (31-09, 106-07)
4x200m relay team 5th 1:59 ? Caitlynne Naughton, Barth, Alex Bixby, Meghan Naughton
Caitlynne Naughton: 2nd in pole vault 8-06 and 3rd in shot put 30-07
Meghan Naughton: 8th in pole vault 6-06
Neillsville Boys: Finished 8th out of 14 teams
Matt Dux: 2nd in 200m (23.28)
4x100 relay 5th (47.66) ? Jahean McGee, Erik Pekol, Adam Pekol, Matt Dux
4x200m relay 5th (1:39) ? Nick May, Adam Pekol, Jacob Walter, Matt Dux
Matt Grottke: 1st in shot put (48-00.5) and discus (130-09)
Erik Pekol: 2nd in shot put (47-06) and 8th in discus (109-07)
Neillsville is scheduled to be in Black River Falls for an outdoor meet later today.
