WFSCA announces Hall of Fame Class of 2013

The Wisconsin Fastpitch Softball Coaches Association would like to congratulate the 2013 Hall of Fame Inductee Class which includes Jim Turner of Altoona.The Hall of Fame induction will take place this Saturday, Feb 16th at the Holiday Inn in Stevens Point..
David Buvid ? Monroe
Coach Buvid began coaching Monroe in 1984 and is entering his 30th season as head coach of the Monroe Cheesemakers. He has compiled a record of 417-212 including 6 State Tournament appearances, 4 State Runner-Up finishes and a 2003 State Title!
Paul Olson ? Fort Atkinson
Coach Olson has coached the Fort Atkinson Blackhawks for the past 30 years, 10 as the Varsity head coach and 20 as the Varsity Assistant. During his time at Fort Atkinson, the Blackhawks have compiled a record of 411-187 including 3 State Tournament appearances and 10 conference champions.
Jim Turner ? Altoona
Has been the head coach at Altoona for 22 years. In those years the Railroaders have compiled a record of 389-94. That includes an amazing 15 Conference Championships, 5 state tournament appearances and the 2001 WIAA State Championship.
