Roger Charles Klein, age 77, of Neillsville, WI, passed away on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at Marshfield Health Services in Marshfield, WI.

Roger was born on July 1, 1949, in Antigo, WI, the son of Raymond Henry and Eleanor Irene (Sampson) Klein. He attended St. John's Elementary School in Marshfield and graduated from Columbus High School in 1967. He continued his education at the Medical Institute of Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN, from 1967 to 1969.

Roger worked in auto parts sales at Klein Auto Parts for more than 15 years before working at Mark Motors in Wisconsin Rapids. Health concerns led to his early retirement, after which he made his home in Neillsville. He was a member of St. Mary's Parish, where he continued to grow in his relationship with Jesus.

Roger was an avid fan of the Rolling Stones and the Milwaukee Brewers. He loved raising Akita dogs, spending time with his extended family, and going out to eat at the local supper clubs.

Roger is survived by his siblings, James Klein of Neillsville, WI, Tom (Tammy) Klein of Murrieta, CA, Ron Klein of Richland, MI, and Janet (Jerry) Weinfurtner of Littleton, CO; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Eleanor Klein, his brother, Wayne Klein, and a sister-in-law, Barbara Klein.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Roger will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 13, 2026, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Neillsville, WI. The main Celebrant will be Roger's great nephew, Fr. Alex Kren with Fr. Greg Michaud concelebrating. Music will be provided by organist Rebekah Lehn and St. Mary's Choir. Following the Mass, interment will be at the Hillside Cemetery in Marshfield, WI. Visitation will be held at the church one hour prior to the Mass.
