Thomas Kopp

Thomas Allan Kopp, age 75, of Neillsville, Wisconsin, passed away unexpectedly on December 4, 2025.
Tom was born on August 30, 1950, in Neillsville to Ted Sr. and Doris Kopp. On July 29, 1978, Tom married the love of his life, Cindy Lulloff, and together they built a beautiful family over their 47 years of marriage.
Tom worked hard his entire life, starting at Van Gorden’s feed mill in his younger years and later serving as a janitor at the IGA for over 35 years before just recently retiring. But above all, Tom was a farmer. He spent his whole life working the land and caring for his animals.
Tom truly loved the outdoors, finding joy in the simple beauty of country life. He was an avid hunter and continued hunting right up until the end of his life. Whether riding around on his four-wheeler, looking for deer, sitting in his deer stand, or simply being in the woods, the outdoors was his happy place.
Tom was known for his kindness, his willingness to help, and his love for conversation. He had a playful spirit, always a kid at heart, and nothing made him happier than time with his family. Whether sharing laughs with his children or proudly being “Papa” and babysitting his grandchildren, those were the moments he valued most.
Tom is survived by his loving wife Cindy; his beloved children Troy Kopp (Dani) of Neillsville, Jeanie Elmhorst (Wayne) of Neillsville, and Stephanie Eaton (Sean) of Minneapolis; and his cherished grandchildren Jacob and Matthew Kopp and Amelia Holcomb (Brandon). He is also survived by his brother Tim Kopp (Nancy), sister Pat Pozega (Duane), sisters-in-law Bernie Seidl and Kathy Albers, and many nieces and nephews (Angie, Brad, Melissa, Sheila, Jeremy, Joe, and John). Tom was preceded in death by his parents Ted and Doris Kopp Sr, Cindy’s parents Harold and Irene Richmond, brother Teddy Kopp Jr, brothers-in-law Tom and Mike Lulloff, and niece Jennifer.
A memorial service will be held on January 9, 2026, at Gesche Funeral Home in Neillsville. Visitation will be from 9:30 – 11:00 AM, with the service at 11:00 AM.
Tom’s legacy of love, laughter, and generosity will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
