 BEVERLY J. ENOCKSON of Palatine, IL, formerly of Greenwood, WI, passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at Dove Healthcare in Osseo, WI.  Funeral services will be held at 11am on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at Cuddie Funeral Home in Greenwood.  Rev. Asafa Rajaofera will officiate, and burial will follow in the Greenwood City Cemetery.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10am until time of service.

Beverly Jean Reineke was born in the Town of Butler, Clark County, WI on March 28, 1934, to Arthur E. and LaVerne W. (Mayenschein) Reineke.  She graduated from Greenwood High School at the top of her class in 1952, and graduated from beauty school in Eau Claire.  She was a licensed beautician prior to becoming united in marriage to Joe K. Enockson on October 31, 1959 at the United Church of Christ in New Holstein, WI.  Beverly then became a homemaker and mother to one son, Linn.  They lived in Milwaukee until moving to Palatine, IL in 1966, where they resided until Joe retired in January 1995.  After Joe retired, they spent much of their time in the summer at the family cottage in Chetek, WI.  After Joe's passing on September 12, 2015, she spent summers visiting with her son in Osseo, WI,

She had many interests, but especially enjoyed doing crossword puzzles every day, planting flowers, sewing, needlework, and made many beautiful quilts.

Beverly will be dearly missed by her son, Linn; one sister, Barbara Altmann; one brother, William (Sharon) Reineke; one sister-in-law, Donna Reineke; one brother-in-law, Bill Enockson; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents, Arthur and LaVerne Reineke; brothers: James and Ronald (Barbara) Reineke; and brothers-in-law, Ronald Altmann and .Ernst Enockson.
