Sharon Wren

Sharon Wren, age 79, of Colby, WI, formerly of Neillsville, WI died Sunday, October 9, 2022, at the Aubera Acres Adult Family Home in Colby.

Sharon Kay Wren was born on July 4, 1943, in Marshfield, WI. She attended Neillsville Public School, and then worked at the ADS in Greenwood, WI, and at the Community Outreach Program in Owen, WI. Sharon and her mother lived with her grandparents, Tom “The Mayor of Sidney” and Amy Wren, and they cared for them in her grandparents later years.

Sharon enjoyed crafting and animals, especially dogs and cats.

She is survived by cousins.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Helen Wren.

A Graveside Service for Sharon will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 15, 2022, at the Town of Grant Cemetery in Granton, WI. Pastor Douglas Bjerke will officiate.
