JOHN J. “JACK” BERTZ, age 87, of Loyal, WI, passed away on Monday, July 18, 2022 at
the Abbotsford Health Care Center in Abbotsford, WI.

Funeral services will be held at 1 pm on Friday, July 22, 2022 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, in Loyal, with Rev. Emmanuel Famiyeh
officiating.

Visitation will be held at the church, on Friday, from 12 pm until time of service.
