Robert Greene

ROBERT O. GREENE, age 86, of Owen, WI, formerly of Loyal & Greenwood, WI, passed away on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at Clark County Rehab & Living Center in Owen.  A private burial will take place in the Loyal City Cemetery at a later date.

Robert Orville Greene was born on June 9, 1936 in Greenwood, WI, to Orville C. and Dorothy E. (Radke) Greene.  He was raised in Greenwood, and received his education at Greenwood Public Schools.  Bob moved to Milwaukee as a young man, and worked as a window washer on the high-rise buildings in downtown Milwaukee.  Over the years he held various jobs, but mainly was a mechanic and farmhand.

He is survived by one sister: Shirley Hicks of Coppell, TX; two nephews: Dean Mansavage of Minnesota, and Shawn Lee of Coppell, TX; five great nieces and nephews; cousins and friends.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, and one niece, Shelley Mansavage on April 9, 2009.
