Angelyn Dux

Angelyn L. Dux, age 92, of Neillsville, WI, died on Saturday, February 12, 2022, at the Marshfield Medical Center in Marshfield, WI.

Angelyn Louise Marg was born March 24, 1929, in Neillsville, WI the daughter of Frank and Hertha (Kindt) Marg. She was united in marriage to Everett Dux on June 14, 1947, in Neillsville.

Together they farmed and raised their family. She especially enjoyed working with children helping them with their reading, first at St. John's Lutheran School and later as library assistant at the Neillsville Public Library. She also volunteered at the Neillsville Care and Rehab for number of years. She was a lifelong member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church. Her favorite times were spent with her family attending grandchildren's and great grandchildren's activities.

She is survived by her five children: Kathy (Wayne) Wegner of Neillsville, WI, Lawrence (Karen) Dux of Pewaukee, WI, Eugene (Mary) Dux of Neillsville, WI, Leroy (Robin) Dux of Lakeland, FL, and William (Angela) Dux of Combined Locks, WI, 16 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 4 step-great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Marian (Kenneth) Geason, Diane Carlson, Ellen (Gary Sr) Witt and sisters-in-law, Shirley Marg, Barbara Marg, Ina Mae Dux, Marie Meier, and Carol Dux.

Angelyn was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, a grandson, Bradley Wegner, brothers, Gerald, Verlon and brothers-in-law, Melvin Dux, Clarence Meier, and Norman Dux and sister-in-law, Irene Meier.

Funeral Services for Angie will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 19, 2022, at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Neillsville, WI. Pastor Nathan Wilke will officiate. Providing music will be Donna Stemitzky, organist. Interment will be in Neillsville City Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. Saturday morning at the church.

Serving as casket bearers will be grandsons, Bryan Wegner, Justin Dux, Michael Dux, Matthew Dux, Ryan Dux, Seth Dux, Miles Dux, Hunter Dux Prescott Dux, Bryce Dux, Evan Dux, granddaughters, Carrie Ann Manos, Erika Dux, Megan Douglas, and Molly Moore.
