Jeannine Raycher
JEANNINE M. RAYCHER, age 58, of Greenwood, WI, unexpectedly passed away at home on Thursday, November 5, 2020. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Friday, November 13, 2020 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, in Greenwood, with Rev. Leo Johnson officiating. Burial will be held at 10am on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at St. Paul's South Catholic Cemetery in Bloomer, WI. Visitation will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church, in Greenwood, on Thursday, November 12, 2020 from 4pm to 8pm, and again at the church, on Friday, from 10am until time of service.
Jeannine Marie Lane was born on February 20, 1962 in Bloomer, WI, the daughter of James E. and Janin M. "Jan" (Lehrer) Lane. She was raised and received her education in Bloomer, graduating from Bloomer High School in 1980. She was united in marriage to Robert A. Raycher on April 30, 1983 at St. Peter's Catholic Church in the Town of Wilson, Eau Claire County, WI. After high school, Jeannine attended UW-Eau Claire and graduated in 1985 with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education. They moved to Greenwood, WI where she has been a teacher for 35 years at St. Mary's Catholic School.
She is a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, and has many interests, but especially loves spending time with her grandchildren, camping and reading.
Jeannine will be dearly missed by her husband: Robert, of Greenwood; her son: James (Trista) Raycher of Greenwood; her daughter: Jana (Ryan) Zach of Gilman; 6 grandchildren: Hunter, Gunnar, Briar, Kaylan, Shelby and Nora; her sister: Jackie (Mark) Baier of Bloomer; her brother: John (Marlene) Lane of Bloomer; her step-mother: Cleo Lane of Bloomer; 2 aunts: Ruth Hilger of Chippewa Falls, and Alice Lane of Bloomer; 3 uncles: Paul (Frances) Lane of Bloomer, Mike (Sandy) Lehrer of Bloomer, Hank Wildenberg of Eau Claire; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her aunt, Jo Wildenberg.
