Panda Express Planning to Build New Restaurant in Marshfield
Monday, December 15th, 2025 -- 11:00 AM
(Jamie Rokus, Marshfield News-Herald) Panda Express plans to build a new restaurant on Marshfield's northside
According to Jamie Rokus with the Marshfield News-Herald, the Marshfield Plan Commission will consider a conditional use permit application from a representative for the restaurant chain during its next meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
The new drive-through restaurant would be located to the southwest of the Peach Avenue and Central Avenue intersection and to the east of Peach Court, according to materials submitted in the agenda for Tuesday's meeting.
It would be across from Walmart and Kwik Trip. The dual-lane drive-through restaurant, whose address would be 106 N. Peach Ave., would replace a currently vacant corner lot at the high-traffic intersection.
The submitted plans call for a 2,700-square-foot building with indoor dining, a dual-order point system and exterior architectural elements consistent with Panda Express' national brand standards.
The layout includes parking areas on the south and east sides.
