Clark County Health Department Holding Annual Flu Vaccination Clinics
Friday, September 5th, 2025 -- 10:00 AM

The most effective way to protect against influenza and its potentially serious complications is through annual vaccination.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends routine flu vaccinations for everyone age 6 months and older, unless contraindicated.
Vaccination is particularly important for adults 65 and older, as they are at increased risk for severe flu-related complications. The Clark County Health Department (CCHD) has the following flu vaccines available (while supplies last):
- Children (Age 6 Months – 18 Years)
- Available at no-cost to children who meet Vaccines for Children (VFC) criteria.
- Available at no-cost to all children, regardless of insurance status, if they attend a mass flu vaccine clinic location.
- Adults (Age 19+) – Standard Adult Dose
- Available to adults with a billable insurance company listed below. Otherwise, this vaccine is available for a private pay cost of $50.
- Adults (Age 65+) – High Dose
- Available to adults with a billable insurance company listed below. Otherwise, this vaccine is available for a private pay cost of $98.
The CCHD is able to bill the following insurance carriers:

- Blue Cross Blue Shield,
- Benefit Plan Administrator (BPA),
- Medicaid/BadgerCare+,
