City of Marshfield’s 4th of July Celebration; Listen Live With WDLB as We Play Music to Accompany the Fireworks

Monday, June 30th, 2025 -- 8:01 AM

The Fourth of July holiday, celebrating our independence, is just around the corner, and the Marshfield Fire and Rescue Department wants to make this a safe, enjoyable, and memorable national holiday for Marshfield and its residents and visitors.

On Friday, July 4, 2025, bring your family to the Marshfield Fairgrounds to see the annual fireworks show orchestrated by Ace Pyro LLC, a professional firm headquartered in southern Michigan.

The annual event is being brought to the community by Festival Foods. In addition to the fireworks, the annual celebration kicks off at 4 p.m., featuring fun family activities and culminating in a fireworks show at 10 p.m.

“Our company has a long history of supporting Fourth of July celebrations in Wisconsin.  Come join us as we bring families and communities together to celebrate our nation’s independence," said Mark Skogen, President & CEO of Festival Foods.

Also, make sure to listen live with WDLB as we'll be playing music, uninterrupted, to accompany the fireworks that evening including music from Marshfield High School’s full orchestra and the Columbus Catholic Choir and Band too.

Marshfield Fire and Rescue Department provides the fireworks permit and will be at the event in case an emergency arises.  If you have questions about fireworks, please don't hesitate to contact the Fire Department at (715) 486-2094.
