Hixton Fire and Rescue Responds to Accident on I-94

Friday, June 27th, 2025 -- 11:00 AM

At 7:27pm on Wednesday, June 25th, Hixton Fire and Rescue, Hixton EMS and MAYO Ambulance were paged to I-94 mile post 99 west bound for a reported vehicle collision.

Engine 52 and Tender 51 responded with full crews. While responding Jackson County Dispatch advised the vehicle was upside down ditch side with everyone out of the vehicle.

Engine 52, Tender 51, Truck 51, Hixton EMS and MAYO Ambulance assisted on scene. Patient refused transport. 15 Hixton Firefighter's responded.
