Wood County Sheriff’s Department Welcomes New Full Time Deputy

Haylee Zawislan was sworn in as a full time Deputy Sheriff with Wood County.

It was an honor to have her family present during this special moment as well as many members of the Department. Haylee graduated from MSTC recently and is a 2023 graduate of Pittsville High School. In her free time, Haylee enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors.

Haylee is the 3rd generation of Law Enforcement in her family. She followed her Grandfather, Dale Zawislan, who retired as Chief of Police in Pittsville and her father, Trooper Chris Zawislan with the Wisconsin State Patrol.
