Marshfield High School Students Lead Variety of STEM-Focused Lessons for Elementary Students
Friday, May 2nd, 2025 -- 12:00 PM

Some Marshfield High School students in the National Honor Society, along with high school science teacher and NHS advisor Mr. Bowman, visited Washington Elementary School to lead a variety of STEM-focused lessons for 2nd and 4th grade students.
The hands-on activities explored topics such as density, soil composition and the layers of the Earth, health and movement through dance, and human anatomy and physiology. Students even had the unique opportunity to observe a real sheep's heart and brain while learning about their primary functions.
Shout out to both our high school and elementary students for making this such a meaningful and engaging experience. Your curiosity, leadership, and enthusiasm made it a fantastic day of learning and connection.
