Marshfield Man Arrested for Possession

A Marshfield man was arrested for possession after a traffic stop early Saturday morning.

According to a report from the Marshfield Police Department, on Saturday, December 21st, around 1:32am, a deputy performed a traffic stop on N. Central Ave. During the stop, K9 Mario alerted to the presence of a controlled substance from within the vehicle.

A vehicle search was conducted revealing multiple items including methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. The suspect, a 33-year-old Marshfield male. is also currently out on a felony bond.

A request for charges will be sent to the Wood County DA's Office for Possession of Methamphetamine, THC, Drug paraphernalia and felony bail jumping.
