Cardinal Raymond Burke, who founded the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe, was back in LaCrosse from the Vatican to help commemorate it's 4th anniversary on Tuesday. It's been four years since the church at the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe was dedicated in La Crosse and diocese officials say attendance continues to grow incredibly fast.
Burke was the Bishop in the La Crosse Diocese from 1995 until 2003. He's been in Rome since 2008. Cardinal Burke led a special mass yesterday at the shrine church.
Staff members say they could see as many as 200,000 visitors a year within the next few years.
