Friday, June 29th, 2012 -- 8:24 AM
-Two Clark County men made an appearance in Clark County Court on Thursday.Luke Froeba, of Loyal, has charges of theft of moveable property, arson, and taking a vehicle without consent filed against him after he stole a semi and burned it. He also stole a van and stole the radio and GPS from it.
Froeba waived the reading of the complaint as well as waived a preliminary hearing. He is entering pleas of not guilty to all three charges.
And Cody Copeland-Struensee is accused of being the get-a-way driver for Alexander Lee and Robert Stargardt after they attacked a Neillsville resident back in February in a vicious home invasion.
This was Struensee?s initial appearance, however a defense attorney was not found in time for this appearance so Judge Jon Counsell pushed it back to August.
