Competency Evaluation Ordered for Man Accused of Clark and Wood County Crime Spree

-A competency evaluation has been ordered for a Marshfield man accused of being involved with a crime spree that spread between two counties.Christopher Bialozor was one of the individuals accused of being a part of crime spree that spread between Clark and Wood counties and included damages to property and vehicles being stolen.
Defense attorney George Miller requested the evaluation yesterday in Clark County Court during a status conference. He also requested changes to Bialozor?s bond.
Judge Counsell did order the competency evaluation to be performed, but he did leave the terms of bond the same.
Bialozor will appear in court again in July.
