The recall election is Tuesday and the Government Accountability Board as released the 10 things voters should know before heading to the polls...10) There are specific criteria and limitations on challenging a person's eligibility to vote. The chief election inspector can explain the challenge process.

7) Ballot mistakes are not fatal.
6) Election observers are welcome in Wisconsin.
