Four People Robbed at Gunpoint in Wausau

-Wausau Police report that two men threatened and robbed four people at gunpoint Sunday night.According to a press release from the Wausau Police Department, two men knocked on the door of the Wausau Avenue home. When the victims opened the door, the men demanded money for a debt, ordered them to lay on the floor, covering their heads with a blanket. The victims included a 24-year-old man, a 22-year-old woman and two children ages 1 and 4.
One man was carrying what appeared to be a semi-automatic handgun, according to the press release. The suspects took several pieces of electronic equipment including several televisions, a DVD player, an Xbox 360 and a motor vehicle title.
Police report that only verbal threats were made and that no one was hurt or injured.
