Charges Filed for Vandalism in Clark and Wood Counties

-Charges have been filed against a Loyal man for setting a semi on fire here in Clark County.According to WQOW, Luke Froeba is charged with setting the semi on fire on Tuesday. The damage was estimated at $25,000.
Police say he also admitted stealing a van, and stealing a GPS and a radio from it.
Froeba allegedly told officers he was 'drunk and stupid' when he did it.
In other cases of vandalism in neighboring Wood County, a 16-year old boy has been charged as an adult for a vandalism spree involving several people.
Blade Multerer of Marshfield is accused of helping to set a fire in an abandoned home last November. Police say he also set fire to a stolen truck and admitted to taking part in a house burglary.
