Crime Spree Suspect Makes Court Appearance

-Christopher Bialozor made his initial appearance in the Clark County Court yesterday.Bialozor was accused of being one of several individuals involved in a crime spree that spread between Clark and Wood Counties. The long list of charges filed against him includes burglary, theft, arson and more. Bialozor as well as his accomplices were arrested in mid-February.
Bialozor appeared in court with defense attorney George Miller and Richard Lewis appeared on behalf of the state. Miller informed the court that his defendant wanted to waive the reading of the criminal complaint as well as a preliminary hearing.
Bialozor had a $5,000 cash bond filed against him due to the serious nature of the charges. Also, he is not allowed to have any contact with the others involved in the crime spree or the victims.
He has future court dates set for May 1st and June 7th.
