Two Greenwood Senior History Projects Going to State

-Two senior history projects from Greenwood High School were chosen to move from the Regional National History Competition (UW-Stevens Point) to the State Competition in Madison.The project of Jennifer Baker, Josh Harlander and Cyrus Nigon advanced in the Senior Group Exhibit Category. Their project also was given the Leadership in History award. Allison Susa?s project, Chemical Weapons: The Revolution of Warfare, also advanced to State in the Senior Individual Exhibit category.
The National History Day State Competition is Saturday, May 5 in Madison. The winning projects from the state competition will then have the opportunity to compete at the national competition in Washington D.C.
