Rain Helps Take Edge Off Fire Danger

-Monday night's rain took the edge off the fire danger in western Wisconsin.Chippewa, Eau Claire and Clark Counties were among those with very high fire danger Monday. But Tuesday, the DNR has downgraded the danger to moderate.
The fire danger in the rest of western and northwestern Wisconsin had been high, but is now low, according to the DNR.
