-The Clark County Humane Society is improving their FixaPet Services.Grow Communities gives farmers the opportunity to win $2,500 dollars for a non-profit organization of their choice. Larry and Marlene Blasel won and decided to give it to the Humane Society.
The Humane Society has decided to use the donation to buy supplies for the FixaPet program which offers to spay or neuter your pet at a low cost for those that may not be able to afford it.
The sterilizing equipment and surgical equipment is a big expense and the donation will go towards that as well.
The humane society was presented the check on February 25th.
