NACC Banquet Held

Neillsville, Wis. - It was a packed house on Saturday night as the Neillsville Area Chamber of Commerce honored local businesses during their annual Recognition Banquet at the Wildcat Supper Club.NACC Board Director, Dr. Greg Foster handed out the awards and had the audience laughing throughout the night with many one liners and jokes. OEM Chief Financial Officer, Pat Hayes accepted the Business of the Year Award. Pat said OEM saw a 70% growth last fiscal year and they expect a 50% growth in the coming year. OEM has also added 57 new employees at their Neillsville location.
Entrepreneur of the Year went to Citizens Accounting . Steve Barrett accepted the award and said that they do around 1100 tax returns a year along with other bookkeeping needs. Larry and Tina Opelt were given the Agri-Business of the Year award and Larry said he was impressed with how much work the Chamber and its members do to put on the Dairy Breakfast each June.
