Wisconsin Commodity Prices for December

(Wisconsin Ag Connection) The December average price received by farmers for corn in Wisconsin was $3.80 per bushel.
According to the Wisconsin Ag Connection, that's according to the latest USDA Agricultural Prices report, which stated that was up 23-cents from November and 24-cents more than the previous December.
Soybeans averaged $11.10 per bushel, up 70-cents for the month and $2.62 higher for the year. Oat prices were $2.78 per bushel, 41 cents above the November price, but nine-cents below December 2019.
All hay prices in Wisconsin averaged $167.00 per ton in December, down $19.00 from last month and $62.00 below last year. The alfalfa hay price averaged $178.00 per ton, $18.00 lower than November and $64.00 lower than the previous December.
The other hay price averaged $124.00, down $23.00 for the month and $62.00 lower for the year.
