For local coronavirus numbers:
Clark County has seen a total of 3,103 positive cases, an increase of 16 since Saturday. Of those, 57 are currently active. Clark County has had 56 people die from the virus.
The state has seen a total of 542,415 positive cases (an increase of 1,007 over the previous day) and 5,896 deaths, an increase of 3 over the previous day. Of the positive cases, 24,298, or 4%, have been hospitalized.
More than 101,000 Wisconsin residents have finished their vaccine series for COVID-19, the state’s top health agency indicates Wednesday. According to preliminary state Department of Health Services’ data, there have been 101,219 Wisconsinites fully vaccinated, or have received both doses of the COVID-19 shot, to date. DHS notes that 544,234 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine has been administered in all.
