MTM0NTZkYmJlYzc4NDAwYnwwLjE=Neillsville, Wis. - There seems to be an up-tick in home sales in the Badger State, though the sales price dipped again in November.
The Wisconsin Realtors Association released data on Monday showing 3,829 homes sold last month, up 14.8% from November of last year, but the median price of homes sold was down about two percent to $134,000.
Home sales were up in four of the six regions of the state, with the North region seeing a jump of nearly 28 percent.
Here in Clark County, 15 homes were sold in November, up 88 percent from November of 2010. The median home price was $94,500, well above the year-to-date median price of $75,000.
It should be noted the percentages and median totals can be skewed because of the small sample size.
