Hundreds of protesters marched past Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker's home in Wauwatosa Tuesday as part of a kickoff to recall efforts. The demonstrators gathered Tuesday afternoon, holding signs such as "Recall Walker" and "Walker: Your Pink Slip Is Coming."
"If you were protesting a company, you'd protest at the company, not at the plant manager's house," Walker said, adding he believed "big money" from "out-of-state" was behind the effort.
NEW POLL INDICATES SUPPORT FOR RECALL
Meanwhile, a new poll shows increasing support for the recall effort.
58 percent of respondents to the Wisconsin Public Radio/St. Norbert College Survey believe Walker should be recalled from office, up from 47 in April.
Walker's disapproval rating also shot up to 58 percent.
The poll has a margin of error of plus or minus 5 percentage points.
