TOLL ROADS THE ANSWER?

A conservative think tank is calling for toll roads in Wisconsin to help offset the costs of completely revamping our highway system.A study for the Wisconsin Policy Research Institute recommends tolls be added to each Interstate after it?s rebuilt. Without the tolls, earmarked revenues are a billion-dollars a year short of what?s needed.
Of course, toll roads aren?t popular with the public.
Gov. Scott Walker has shown a willingness to consider some form of toll roads in the future.
