Wednesday, August 31st, 2011 -- 1:26 PM
Republicans will be able to participate in Monday's Labor Day parade in Wausau, after all.The Marathon County Labor Council recently said Republicans wouldn't be invited to attend the parade after they supported changes to collective bargaining for public employee unions.
That prompted Wausau Mayor Jim Tipple to threaten to withhold financial support for the parade unless everyone was allowed to participate.
The Labor Council issued a statement Wednesday reversing their earlier stance.
