BOY RUN OVER BY TRACTOR

An 8-year-old Whitehall boy was run over by a tractor Monday night.Authorities say Cole Heiden was riding on the fender of the tractor his father was operating. The fender broke, and the boy fell in front of the back tire.
He was taken by helicopter to a hospital in Eau Claire and later taken to a Rochester Hospital for treatment.
There's no word on the extent of his injuries.
