SMITHSONIAN FOOD EXHIBIT COMING TO OSSEO

A traveling food exhibit is coming to Osseo.According to [url=http://www.wisconsinagconnection.com]Wisconsin Ag Connection[/url], a Smithsonian traveling exhibit called 'Key Ingredients: America by Food' will be on display between June 24 and August 5 at Osseo-Fairchild High School.
The program is being sponsored by the Heartbeat Center for Writing, Literacy and the Arts.
The exhibition will start with an opening program at 7 p.m. on June 24 in the school's auditorium. Regional performers of all ages from the Fall Creek-based Community Arts organization will do performance interpretations of food-related music. Special recognition will be given that evening to an area farmer, food processor and restaurateur to honor the region's food traditions.
There is no charge for admission to the exhibits or programs.
