WALKER COLLECTIVE BARGAIN PLAN MAY BE PLACED IN BUDGET

Republican legislators have have set a June deadline for the courts to rule on the legality of Gov. Scott Walkers plan to curtail collective bargaining. If there's no ruling, the provision will be added to the 2-year budget.Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald and Speaker Jeff Fitzgerald said that course of action would allow the measure to be debated with the full budget.
The brothers still hold out hope a judge will determine the controversial bill was passed legally.
Gov. Scott Walker has already voiced support for placing the language in the budget.
