MAN ENTERS NOT GUILTY PLEA IN JACKSON CO. MURDER

A 23-year-old man has pleaded not guilty in the murder of a Jackson County man.Aaron Powers was arrested last fall in connection to the death of 56-year-old Terrance Stoen of North Bend. Authorities believe Powers shot him during a burglary.
Powers faces first-degree intentional homicide charges along with four counts of burglary and other felony charges.
He is being held on a $1 million bond in the Jackson County Jail.
