FEMA CHECKS WILL BE IN THE MAIL SOON

FEMA has wrapped up their work and local governments could get money soon to help offset the costs associated with last summer's tornadoes and floods.Clark County Emergency Management Director Michele Hartness says FEMA recently closed their Joint Field Office at Camp Douglas and have written all of Clark County's project worksheets. Those worksheets currently total approximately $570,000 with a few still being reviewed.
Clark Co. Emergency Management should receive the first checks for our county public assistance reimbursement within the next 30 days.
