MURDER SUSPECT BOUND OVER FOR TRIAL

A man charged with shooting and killing a Jackson County man will stand trial for the crime.Aaron Powers, 23, faces first-degree intentional homicide charges along with four counts of burglary and other felony charges.
Authorities say he shot 56-year-old Terrance Stoen at his home in North Bend.
A Jackson County judge ruled Thursday there is enough evidence for Powers to stand trial. He is being held on a $1-million bond in the Jackson County Jail.
