WALKER BACKS OFF SMALL BUSINESS TAX CUT PLEDGE
Wednesday, December 29th, 2010 -- 10:56 AM
Wisconsin's next Governor isn't sure he'll be able to implement a targeted tax cut he campaigned on.As a candidate, Scott Walker said he would cut taxes for businesses that employ fewer than 50 people.
He now concedes it might not be possible because the Department of Revenue doesn't categorize businesses based on how many workers they have.
Instead, Walker says he is trying to structure the tax cut around how much money companies make.
