CLARK COUNTY DEER HARVEST 4TH BIGGEST IN STATE

Clark County hunters bagged 6,676 deer during the recently completed hunt.The buck harvest in the county was up nearly 14%, but the doe harvest dropped 6.15%. Overall, hunters took almost 2% more whitetails this year compared to 2009.
Clark County's was the fourth biggest take in the state.
Polk County hunters took 8,560 deer, a whopping 32% increase from last year. They were followed by Waupaca County and Barron County.
