Coronavirus Numbers for November 6th

-Taking a look at the updated coronavirus numbers from yesterday:

The state has seen a total of 249,924 positive cases (an increase of 5,922 over the previous day) and 2,194 deaths, an increase of 38 over the previous day.  Of the positive cases, 12,310, or 4%, have been hospitalized.  In total, Clark County has seen 1,160 positive cases.  For our neighboring counties, in total, Chippewa has seen 2,434 positive, Eau Claire has seen 4,556 positive, Jackson has seen 746 positive, Wood has seen 2,208 positive, Marathon has seen 6,105 positive and Taylor has seen 627 positive.

Clark County has had 20 people die from the virus; Marathon has had 70 people die from the virus; Chippewa has had 26 people die from the virus; Eau Claire has had 28 people die from the virus; Wood has had 15 people die from the virus; Taylor has had 8 people die from the virus; and Jackson has had 2 people die from the virus.
