FLOOD INFORMATION

Heavy rains last night are causing some problems in the area. We received this message from Clark County Emergency Management:[list]Please don't use Clark County Highway ?H? ? a lot of sections have water over the road? please use U.S. Highway 10, instead.[/list][list]There is a road closure at US State Highway 12 and Poertner Rd due to flooding. There are several locations throughout the southern portion of the county with road washouts and water over the road.[/list][list]Some homes in the Town of Lynn near Catlin Avenue and Sand Rd. are under a voluntary evacuation. Officials fear those roads will become impassable today.[/list][list]All Clark County ATV trails are closed because of the heavy rain.[/list]
Area residents can report damage to their homes and businesses by calling Clark County Emergency Management at 715-743-5100.
The recorded message will prompt callers to leave their name, address, phone number and information about the damage that has occurred -- such as sewer backups, flooded homes and washed out driveways.
