ONE DEAD IN ATV VS. CAR ACCIDENT

Press Release:On Wednesday, September 22, 2010, at about 7:30 am, the Clark County Sheriff?s Department received a 9-1-1 of a vehicle versus ATV crash on Bush Rd in the Township of Levis.
Initial investigation indicates that the vehicle was eastbound on Bush Rd. when it struck an ATV towing a trailer. The operator of the ATV was thrown from the ATV and killed instantly. The ATV operator was pronounced dead at the scene by Clark County Coroner Richard Schleifer.
The investigation is continuing by the Clark County Sheriff?s Dept. and Wisconsin State Patrol. Names are being withheld pending notification of family. The Neillsville Ambulance and Neillsville Fire Department were dispatched to the scene. This is the third fatality in Clark County for 2010.
