Coronavirus Numbers for January 14th

For local coronavirus numbers:

Clark County has seen a total of 2,945 positive cases, an increase of 9 since Friday.  Of those, 88 are currently active.  Clark County has had 54 people die from the virus.

The state has seen a total of 513,270 positive cases (an increase of 2,134 over the previous day) and 5,248 deaths, an increase of 37 over the previous day.  Of the positive cases, 22,705, or 4%, have been hospitalized.

For our other neighboring counties:

In total, Chippewa has seen 6,355 positive and 72 deaths.

Eau Claire has seen 9,921 positive and 89 deaths,

Jackson has seen 2,476 positive and 19 deaths.

Marathon has seen 12,682 positive and 166 deaths.

Taylor has seen 1,677 positive and 14 deaths

And Wood has seen a total of 6,017 positive cases and 60 deaths.
