Cadott Man Appears in Chippewa County Court for Sexual Assault

A Cadott man charged with sexual assault appeared in Chippewa County Court on Tuesday.

According to court records, the victim in the case stated that she had fallen asleep and woke up to Devyn McCormick assaulting her.  McCormick has been charged with sexual assault of an unconsious victim.

During his arraignment on Tuesday, he entered a not guilty plea to the charge against him.  He scheduled to be back in court on February 3rd.
